This complex has five clusters and was built in 1995. The apartment is in cluster A on the ground floor. The apartment is at the back of Cluster A on the side of the dunes overlooking the same dunes.

In the main reception at the main entrance is a laundry. Washing powder and tokens for this are available at the reception. In various places around the complex are bike racks and a large car park at the back. Here is also the main entrance of cluster A. For entrance to number 16, you must park at the rear and right past the building to walk to the front door of cluster A. You will have to pick up the key directions. Next to the lounge is a public payphone.
